Assessment Module 2 - Parts 1-2
There are five main parts to Assessment Module 2: you should finish parts 1-2 before class on week 7. Parts 3-5 must be completed before class on week 9.
Part 1 - Download and print out the student example and your group’s worksheet.
Part 2 - Use the EE system to mail your English Communication 1 teacher.
Log into the EE system
Click on Courses
Click on EC 1 (English Communication 1) and then click on Contact Teacher
DO NOT click on Mail and Contact Webmaster - the webmaster is NOT your English Communication 1 teacher.
Write a message to your teacher. Follow this pattern:
Subject:
EC 1 (class code) Module 2
Message:
Dear (your teacher’s name),
My name is (your name). I'm in your (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th) period communication one class on (day of the week).
My group members for the treasure hunt project are (classmate's name), (classmate's name), and (classmate's name). I have downloaded and printed the student example and the treasure hunt worksheet # (1-10). My group members are going to meet on (date) at (time).

Hints for a good project
Work together - do not try to put together four separate papers at the last moment.
Quality control - does your Treasure Hunt worksheet look like the student example? Do all of your fonts match? Is everything on the correct page? Is it in color? Are the four pages stapled together in the proper place (upper left hand corner).
